2019 年 12 月 17 日第一日 M 。 2019 年 12 月 27 日 ( 第 11 日 ) 、 30 日 ( 第 14 日 ) 同 2020 年 1 月 4 日 ( 第 19 日 ) 都做咗功課。 2020 年 1 月 4 日下午飛台北，和媽媽一起見證台灣總統大選， 2020 年 1 月 12 日回港。 2020 年 1 月 17 日 ( 第 32 日 ) 朝早心血來潮用了大衛驗孕紙，發現有兩條深紅線。因為之前有小產嘅經驗，所以大為緊張。馬上去屈臣氏買咗一支 clearblue 驗孕棒，怕大衛試紙唔夠準確，想 Double confirm 。但用都未用到支 clearblue 驗孕棒 , 就先打咗俾我個婦科醫生。何醫生話咁岩今朝有位，叫我而家上去驗血。 2020 年 1 月 17 日 ( 第 32 日 ) 第一次產檢： 早上 11:30 驗血，抽左兩支血，晏晝 1:00 知道結果。中間等待嘅時間我去咗中環圖書館睇漫畫同睇室內設計書。驗血報告話我嘅 B-hCG 指數有 1071mlU/ml 。醫生話呢個係一個幾高嘅指數，可以證實叫懷孕。相比起我上一次小產，第一次驗血嘅指數只不過係 406.7mlU/ml( 第 33 日發現 ) 。心裏面覺得應該係一個好開始 =) 醫生用咗陰道超聲波做檢查，話我子宮內膜厚度 12.5mm 都 ok, 但係黃體酮唔夠，要開始食藥。醫生開咗三隻藥比我： ·        folic acid tab 5mg (5000μg) ( 因為我之前冇日日食葉酸 # ，醫生開咗一隻比較高劑量嘅俾我，一日食一次 ) ·        duphaston tab 10mg ( 一日食兩次，早晚食，用嚟補充黃體酮不足，用嚟穩定子宮環境 ) ·        aspirin tab 80mg ( 一日食一次，夜晚飽肚食 , 每日食低劑量好似話有機會減低流產機會率，及 預防妊娠高血壓 ) # 服用葉酸的主因是當缺乏葉酸，會引起巨球性貧血、胎兒神經管發育缺損、胎兒生長遲滯、發育受阻等，也會影響母體本身的健康。葉酸...
