Black Sesame Overnight Oats
a 1:1 ratio of raw rolled oats to unsweetened rice milk, add a teaspoon of chia seeds, maple syrup, Japanese black sesame seeds (grind it before used). Mix everything in a jar and refrigerate overnight – You will then have your no-cook, make ahead oatmeal ready in the next morning.
Banana Kiwi Overnight Oats
3 tablespoon of raw rolled oats plus 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoon of unsweetened milk, add chia seeds, maple syrup, diced kiwi and banana. Mix everything in a jar and refrigerate overnight and it's done in the next morning.
